Forty grams of protein per meal is easy if you ignore the receipt; the trick is doing it for the price of a coffee. Chicken thighs, eggs, dried lentils and the enormous tub of plain yoghurt do most of the work, and none of them require a supplement subscription or a brand you have to pronounce.
