  • Salmon fillets 500 g
  • Potatoes + broccoli 400 g
  • Olive oil + lemon 2 tbsp

Method

  1. 01

    Heat oven to 200°C. Toss potatoes in oil; roast 20 min.

  2. 02

    Add salmon and broccoli to the pan; roast 12 min.

  3. 03

    Squeeze lemon; portion into four containers.
