- Salmon fillets 500 g
- Potatoes + broccoli 400 g
- Olive oil + lemon 2 tbsp
Method

Heat oven to 200°C. Toss potatoes in oil; roast 20 min.

Add salmon and broccoli to the pan; roast 12 min.

Squeeze lemon; portion into four containers.
