  • Firm tofu 400 g
  • Mixed stir-fry veg 300 g
  • Soy-ginger sauce 3 tbsp
  • Rice (dry) 200 g

Method

    Press and cube tofu; sear until crisp on all sides.

  2. 02

    Stir-fry veg hot and fast, ~4 min.

  3. 03

    Return tofu, add sauce, toss 1 min.

  4. 04

    Portion over rice across four boxes.
