- Firm tofu 400 g
- Mixed stir-fry veg 300 g
- Soy-ginger sauce 3 tbsp
- Rice (dry) 200 g
Method

Press and cube tofu; sear until crisp on all sides.

Stir-fry veg hot and fast, ~4 min.

Return tofu, add sauce, toss 1 min.
